The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is the national regulator of Commonwealth funded aged care services. They have various functions, including resolving complaints about aged care services and undertaking compliance and enforcement actions.

The NDIS Commission is an independent Australian Government regulator. They have various functions, including regulating and registering NDIS providers and monitoring NDIS providers and their compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct.

The DBMAS helps staff and carers to support people living with dementia experiencing changes to their behaviour by providing assessment, clinical support, care planning, mentoring, linking to current research and a 24-hour help line.

The Fair Work Ombudsman is Australia’s national workplace relations regulator. It provides employees and employers with information and advice about workplace entitlements and obligations.

If a worker sustains a physical or psychological injury requiring medical attention or time off work, they may be able to access worker’s compensation.
