Review of Taking Action: A best practice framework for the management of psychological claims in the Australian workers’ compensation sector – evaluation report

This evaluation report examines the effectiveness of Taking Action: A best practice framework for the management of psychological claims in the Australian workers compensation sector (the Framework) in driving improvements to outcomes for injured workers.

As part of the review of the Framework, Safe Work Australia undertook an evaluation in consultation with key stakeholders. Drawing on evidence from a range of sources, this report provides an in-depth analysis of the Framework’s effectiveness.
