This infographic provides some high-level information including statistics on workplace sexual harassment. It includes information for persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBUs) on their positive duties under WHS laws to do all they reasonably can to prevent sexual harassment occurring at work.

On 20 December 2023, Safe Work Australia published a model Code of Practice: Sexual and gender-based harassment. It provides the most up to date guidance. You may still find this resource useful but it has not been updated to reflect the model Code.
