Guide to manufacturing safe plant

This guide provides guidance on manufacturing safe plant.

Manufacturers must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, they manufacture plant without health and safety risks to people who:

• manufacture the plant
• assemble the plant
• use the plant
• store the plant
• decommission, dismantle or dispose of the plant
• are in or near a workplace and are exposed to the plant
