This tool provides information about duties under the model WHS laws, including duties for PCBUs and workers in the agriculture industry, how to meet these duties, and common hazards and managing risks when working in agriculture.
The tool doesn’t measure compliance or provide information about WHS laws that are specific to a state or territory.
Contact the WHS regulator in your state or territory for more information about the WHS laws that apply to your workplace. The WHS regulators also provide practical advice, resources, and tools to help you be safe when working in the agriculture industry.
