This Consultation Regulation Impact Statement (RIS) seeks feedback on the anticipated impacts of implementing the 34 recommendations made in the 2018 the review of the model WHS laws, or alternative options.
The Consultation RIS was prepared in accordance with the Council of Australian Governments’ Best Practice Regulation: A guide for ministerial councils and national standard setting bodies.
