Decision Regulation Impact Statement: Review of the model Work Health and Safety laws

This Decision Regulation Impact Statement (Decision RIS) provides an analysis of the regulatory impacts of the recommendations of the 2018 Review of the model Work Health and Safety (WHS) laws. 

The Office of Best Practice Regulation assessed the Decision RIS as compliant with the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) Best practice regulation: A guide for ministerial councils and national standard setting bodies.
