On 22 March 2022, salary scales in the Safe Work Australia Enterprise Agreement 2019-2022 will be superseded by the Public Service (Subsection 24(1)—Safe Work Australia Non-SES Employees) Determination 2022. The Enterprise Agreement continues to set other conditions of service for Safe Work Australia employees.
