This temporary register is for non-ongoing (temporary) employment opportunities. Contracts may vary from a week to 12 months depending on business requirement of the Agency. If vacancies become available they are often required to be filled at short notice. The positions may be full time, part time or casual. Casual positions can be of an intermittent nature with hours and working days varying as required.

Positions may be available at the APS 1-6 level or Executive 1 and 2 levels.

Positions may be available in a range of disciplines including accounting and finance, administration, communications, human resources, legal, policy, research, and workplace health and safety.

Candidates may be contacted to assess suitability and availability as employment opportunities arise.

Applications will remain on our temporary employment register for six months and applicants are encouraged to lodge a new application if their employment and personal details change or at the expiry of the six months registration period (if they wish to remain registered). Placement on the temporary employment register does not guarantee an offer of employment.
