Exposure drafts for model Act  and model Administrative Regulations

• The public comment period for the Exposure Draft of the model Act and model Regulations opened on Monday 28 September 2009 and closes on Monday 9 November 2009, 5PM (EDST).
  
  Please note: Safe Work Australia is unable to grant any extensions for lodging submissions after the close of the public comment period. Submissions received after the 9 November 2009 will not be considered in reviewing the exposure draft of the model OHS Act.
