Safe Work Australia publishes a range of guidance material to provide information on the model work health and safety laws and to assist compliance. This includes:

A series of interpretive guidelines have been developed to assist in the interpretation of key concepts within the Model Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act. These guidelines can be downloaded below.
