The Consultation Regulation Impact Statement (RIS) for the mining public comment period was made available on the Safe Work Australia website on Monday 10 October 2011.
The public comment period for the draft model Work Health and Safety Regulations, Issues Paper and Codes of Practice for mining will be extended to 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time Friday 14 October 2011.
