Safe Work Australia has received a number of queries from stakeholders relating to mandatory safety signage to meet the requirements of the model work health and safety legislation. Safe Work Australia understands that there is at least one company selling posters at around $60 for a set through their website, stating that the posters are a requirement under the new model work health and safety laws.
Safe Work Australia is not affiliated with any companies that sell these signs. It is not a requirement that organisations or individuals purchase a set of posters from any specific company to comply with the new model work health and safety laws.
