On 30 November 2011 the Strategic Issues Group on Occupational Health and Safety agreed to the Explanatory Statement for the Model Work Health and Safety Regulations.
The Explanatory Statement accompanies and provides an explanation of the content of the provisions in the model Work Health and Safety Regulations.
