Ms Michele Patterson is the Executive Director of SafeWork SA, South Australia and the President of the International Association of Labour Inspection.
Ms Patterson has over 25 years experience in the field of work health and safety and workers’ compensation, including from 1997 to 2002 as the Assistant General Manager of WorkCover NSW. She holds a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University and was previously a member of the Australian Safety and Compensation Council.
